“I have known Janet for 7 years as a yoga teacher, I find her teachering methods of the highest standards, she is compassioinate and ready to offer an alternative yoga pose that is more suited to the individual needs of the client. Janet's explanation of each yoga pose,is consise and the client is easily able to mirror her movement. When looking for a yoga teacher, you want a teacher to be able to recognise when you are not able to complete the yoga pose due to certain conditions, Janet is able to regonise this and help you with an alternative pose that helps you to achieve the same achievement as more compitant clients.
